To secure your tour reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed and we will send you the relevant details.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we offer a refund based on the timing of your cancellation. The following terms apply:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date: You are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour departure date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total tour price.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour departure date: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations made within this timeframe.

3. Modifications to Your Booking

If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability. However, changes may incur additional fees depending on the modifications requested and the timing of your request.

4. Tour Cancellations by ProMusicaTours

In the rare event that ProMusicaTours must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date or tour.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services, such as non-refundable tickets or specialized arrangements (e.g., special events, concert tickets), may not be eligible for a refund once booked. We will inform you about these non-refundable components at the time of booking.

6. Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved, we will process it through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
